Startups Cooperative Credit Union (StartCCU) is a financial cooperative that provides savings, loans, and business support services to startups, MSMEs, cooperatives, and informal businesses across Ghana.

Membership is open to startups, small businesses, farming groups, cooperatives, women- and youth-led enterprises, social enterprises, and informal traders.

You can join by completing our online membership form, paying a minimum share fee of GHS 100, and opening a StartCCU account to start saving.

Members enjoy access to affordable loans, flexible savings plans, business development support, training, cooperative ownership, and networking opportunities.

We provide Business Startup Loans, Working Capital Loans, and Cooperative Loans for groups such as women associations and farmer cooperatives.

Loan amounts depend on your savings record, business needs, and credit assessment. As a new member, you’ll build eligibility by saving consistently and participating in cooperative activities.

Yes. Through partnerships like Agrico Hub, we offer business development support, financial literacy training, bookkeeping assistance, and credit readiness assessments.

Absolutely. StartCCU operates under cooperative principles and is regulated by the relevant credit union authorities in Ghana, ensuring transparency and member protection.

Loan processing usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on documentation, savings history, and credit assessment results.
