Legal Framework

StartCCU operates under the Co-operative Societies Act, 1968 (NLCD 252), the Co-operative Societies Regulations, 1968 (L.I. 604), and is regulated by the Department of Co-operatives and the Bank of Ghana in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Eligibility

Membership of StartCCU is open to individuals, startups, MSMEs, cooperatives, and groups who satisfy the membership requirements set out in our by-laws and pay the prescribed shares/fees.

To use the website or online services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Ghanaian law.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational, educational, and service access purposes only.
